Why Good Nutrition Equals Good Health

Our birds need to eat hundreds of nutrients everyday for them to have good health. These nutrient categories include complete protein, raw enzymes, fresh good quality water, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

These are photos of of the meals I feed my birds. Everything feed is certified organic, a must for good health.

I stopped adding vitamins years ago. When you feed nutritionally balanced foods, you don’t need vitamins.

Below a selection of healthy food choices for a medium sized parrot.

A balanced feast! Top dish is our Original Complete Protein Sprouting Blend with select raw and steamed vegetables. Lower right, fresh fruit dish. Lower left, select nuts.
